I had acupuncture here years ago due to me straining my neck shoulder area and couldn't move my neck. I was hesitant because I have a fear of needles. Kate made me feel comfortable and I was glad I went through with it, almost immediately after I could move my neck and I was fully recovered 2 days later with no pain. The needles are tiny and it feels like a deep tissue massage. I would definitely do it again. She's the best around and has dedicated her life to the knowledge of acupuncture, herbs, and massage.
