I myself used to be a pool cleaner, but have since moved from Arizona and the house is still there, so I had to hire someone to take care of the pool. As first time pool owners, were at a loss on how our system worked and how we should maintain it. Karl of Mystic Pools came to the rescue with his expertise, patiently explaining in detail everything we needed to know, while I recorded his instructions on my phone for later reference. He reset the float for our water level, adjusted the flap on the skimmer so it works properly, and advised us on the needed chemicals. I needed a recommendation for a great pool service company in Gilbert for my parents who just moved here and had never owned a pool before. I was given Karl at Mystic Pools' contact info from a fellow real estate agent who has had many great experiences referring him to clients.
