NEVER AGAIN! Wish I would have done more research! Had him do a repair and it looks WORSE than it did before he fixed it!!! My husband dealt with him but after seeing the pathetic job that was done I am beyond disappointed and now have to find someone who takes MORE PRIDE in their work than this guy Karl. I myself used to be a pool cleaner, but have since moved from Arizona and the house is still there, so I had to hire someone to take care of the pool. After calling several pool companies in the area, Karl answered right away (most don't even answer) and was literally at my house within 30 minutes. This was a great first impression! As first time pool owners, were at a loss on how our system worked and how we should maintain it. Karl of Mystic Pools came to the rescue with his expertise, patiently explaining in detail everything we needed to know, while I recorded his instructions on my phone for later reference. He reset the float for our water level, adjusted the flap on the skimmer so it works properly, and advised us on the needed chemicals.
