I called them 2 weeks ago, two separate times. Didn't pick up. I left a message each time for them to call me back. They never called back. All I need is my glass media to be replaced but now we're 3-days out to 4th of July and now it's ruined.
DO NOT THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE CHARGES US OVER $700 TO OPEN OUR POOL AND HAVE YET TO FINISH. THEY HAD TO COME BACK MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO THEIR COMPANY BEING HIGHLY UNORGANIZED. We had to call our bank to report fraudulent charges just now because they won’t stop charging us random fees. They were at my house for a total of 15 minutes and won’t provide invoices for charges unless you chase them.
