These guys are great. First time pool owner and attempting to balance everything by myself. These guys made it easy to do just that. Tested my water a few times, gave me detailed step by step directions, and told me exactly how to do everything and what to expect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy bring ripped off of money, not having any customer service and not being able to contact the owner for any help. I never give horrible customer reviews but this company realy earned it. For 8 weeks I asked for my refund without any avail. It finally came. . Cost of pool opening and 5 pool cleanings? Over $2,100!!! Outrageous!!! I had to leave them because after 3 weeks the pool was totally green with algae!!! Disgusting!!!
We have always had a great experience with Mystic Pool and everyone who we have ever encountered. The service department is amazing and so helpful with all our questions about our new pump and questions in general. We will always recommend them to anyone who asks!
Mystic Pool is incredibly responsive. They take their time answering questions, show up at the scheduled time for service, and make staff available via text, phone or email. The physical store is reliable for water tests, and has needed supplies. And they’re honest and knowledgeable about repairs, replacements, and alternate solutions. They come with my highest recommendation.
After a month long struggle trying to get my pool chemicals right at other places, I decided to try Mystic Pools in Marlboro. Dan was great and had my pool blue and balanced in a day! Ty Dan! Great quality and service. No overselling, and, fair prices. Told me exactly what was needed and it worked!
