Jay and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend. I had issues with green water no one could resolve and one conversation and recommendation from mystic and my pool was back to blue overnight ! Just got a new safety mesh cover installed and used for changing sand filter and associated repairs. Very pleased and highly recommend
Super responsive throughout the summer. It was the first summer we had with our pool and they helped us all along the way!
It’s hard to find an honest person who excels on what they do. But mystic pools insist that. The owner jay promptly responds to text messages and fixed my issue th next day. Also will not try to upset you in anything as well. Recently purchased and installed a new pool Pump. Mystic just gained a loyal customer moving forward.. communication was awesome the work was the best and the price was great. If you need anything for our pool or pool repair forget everyone else! Trust me I already have
I've used them for several summers for pool maintenance and they consistently pay only short 15 minute visits and don't seem to perform everything they promise in their service plan package/agreement. It's very expensive to not even get what you pay for which I've discussed with them numerous times but the issue continued. Done with them.
Wow is all I can say. I think you need to get the girl behind the counter some more help if she can’t handle staying open till hours that are posted. She had a full meltdown because three people were waiting in line to get their water tested seven minutes before closing. Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing and complaining to everybody that she’s been there all day with no sleep.
