I booked an appointment and paid the $25 deposit for a 1 hr deep tissue massage that was $75. The morning of the appointment I had a work emergency and was not going to be able to make the appointment. I was aware this ment i would likely loose my deposit, but I had not choice. I reached out to SJ via email at 8:30am the morning or my appointment, which was at 1pm, to say I couldn't make at could I reschedule for the following week same day same time. Really satisfied with my experience! I was looking for a same-day booking on Sunday and Mystic Moon is pretty much the only place I could find. SJ made me feel totally at ease and I’ll definitely be back to see her again.
