Horrible company to deal with since Ray left. CS is nonexistent calls never answered or returned. Sounds like a bunch of kids working there.
I ordered a 16" wheelchair for my elderly mother. Mystic delivered an 18" chair. Mystic Customer Service didn't seem bothered by the fact that they delivered something different from what I ordered.
Terrible.....i would give them no stars if it were an option. cpap department horrible. I received my cpap machine and tried it out for a week. I didn't care for the mask so i wanted to try a different one. It took 7 phone calls over 3 weeks to finally get a hold of a live person. I set up an appointment at my house. The guy was an hour late. No call. Told him leave. Ill never use this company again
Mystic medical is a horrible company. Especially the c-pap department. Don't waste your time with this company.
They always send the wrong equipment!
