I have had several massages and facials here and the owner and staff are not only extremely professional, they also genuinely care about each person's needs. This truly is one of the best wellness centers I've ever been to. I even learned to meditate, which has been an invaluable tool!
I just had a wonderful pedicure with Tracy. So relaxing and I've already booked my next appointment.
Very unhappy. Scheduled a couples massage and showed up to find out the appointment wasn't booked. I understand people make mistakes but the employees were very rude and were not apologetic. This place ruined our valentines day. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Mistakes do happen from time to time.. We all deal with them the best we can always trying our best to accomodate our clients. We are all human...The appointment was booked but unfortunately not for a couple. Yes someone made a mistake. No one was rude to you, I personally apologized to you in front of my staff and your husband and offered to call another therapist ASAP to come in For your session but You refused and demanded a refund of which you immediately received.
I received a pedicure from Tracy and I absolutely loved it! Such a relaxing and clean atmosphere!
Very grateful for my awesome pedicure by Jenn today! She made my feel relaxed, comfortable and taken care of! I am highly recommending your salon to my friends. Can't wait till my next visit! Thanks again!!

What an awesome place! Jenn was wonderful and made you feel very comfortable during your visit. The Pedi was so relaxing, and my feet feel great. I like it so much I purchased certificate for my next pedi before I left. You must stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
