Worst experience so far My landlord bought a fridge from them. A brand new one, but it was a bargain, because there is a dent on the front door. Anyway, they did deliver the fridge, but they a) scratched the hardwood while installing it and b) forgot to level it, so it was rocking back and forth. They stormed out of my house before I could check anything and say a word. There was also one less shelf then the manual said there should be, but they maintained that it's how it comes.
