Good to work with in the office for scheduling . Tech who did the survey was great - through and communicated through the process. Billing was disappointing- we were quoted a price based on samples. Knew the number of samples the day of the testing. The bill came and it was for 25 percent more - they said that they test some samples multiple times. They never mentioned that in the quote or when I asked when the sampling was done. They could have been clearer on that.
I had an appointment for a lead test. They never showed up and never called. When I called them they said , “ I’m not sure who scheduled this but we don’t do lead test at 3:30pm. I had limited access to the house , I needed inspection that day. The guy says , “ well good luck with that”. What an asshole ! I will never use this company !
