Wonderful customer service. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and offer guidance on my construction project
I made several attempts to contact this company (both email and phone) to no avail. After a few attempts, I reached him by phone only to be rushed off and telling me he was late for an appointment with his accountant. Never heard back even though I emailed him again. Customer service is NOT a priority. I am a health coach and my goal is to gather reputable environmental inspectors in CT (which I shared with him in my initial email), but this company will not be on my list.
