This company did a good job initially testing our basement for mold after a major water leak this past winter. The first report was provided quickly and was detailed and thorough. The quality of their work was 5 star, however I am having trouble getting in touch with this company and have now for over a week. The company does not respond quickly to emails or phone messages, and the closing out of my insurance claim and basement restoration is in limbo until I hear back.
