They are not according to their promises
Myst Auto emphasizes on advantage of being able to utilize their in-house auto repair shop system for quality service with cheaper price - which ended up causing even more damage to our car. Not only the damage, unauthorized miles were added to our car when we finally got our car back. Make sure to thoroughly check the car before you purchase because they won’t tell you the problem that pre-existed beforehand, and you can’t trust/rely on their repair system.
I bought a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Myst Auto on April 11, 2025, and the experience quickly turned into a nightmare, mostly due to the shop and mechanic they use for repairs. Right after purchase, I discovered the sunshade motor was broken. Myst Auto agreed to cover the repair, but the car was in and out of their shop for nearly 3 months before I got it back. I bought a car from them, and just three days later noticed a humming noise and vibration from the wheel bearing. They had no problem covering the repair under warranty. I’m satisfied with both the car and the service.
