This shop was my regular shop. But I will never go to this shop again from now. Today the boss of shop asked me to pay double when I picked up my contact lenses which was 590 dollars. Because he thought I didn’t pay last time. That’s so ridiculous. We figured it out until I found my bank message from last year and showed him I did pay last time. It’s very embarrassing and dumb. Poor management of staff and poor communication between staff and boss led to this. BE ALERT when you pay your stuff at this shop!!
