BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Before trusting this company and their terrible product that ripped within weeks - Read the TRUST PILOT 1.7 Star REVIEWS before you waste your money with these guys. When I followed their "warranty" instructions they say whatever they can to NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. in this day and age with so many other companies that are all about customer service DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Just purchased a new cover for my hot tub. The ordering process was quick and easy, and Rose emailed me to ensure everything was correct ( which was a blessing as I had made a mistake). Arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected and fit perfect. So far, very impressed with the service and quality of this cover.
The cover itself is beautiful, and it fits like a glove. The color blends with the black hot tub and grey composite decking perfectly! I received the cover on April 7th, two days ahead of the delivery date.
This company is phenomenal! They were SO easy to work with, made sure to get every specification right for our oversized, custom swim spa cover, answered all questions we had, constructed and shipped in a timely manner, delivered quickly and without any damage, packaged everything very well, and the cover is a perfect fit and looks great! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a cover for their pool, swim spa or hot tub!
It just doesn't get any better. This is the second cover I have bought from this company. The first one lasted over 10 years but alas it was getting old and soggy. Okay maybe I could have taken better care of it, like doing any maintenance at all would have been better but I digress. Just like the last one this cover fits like a glove and is exceptionally lightweight. It is obvious the workmanship and quality of products are TOPS.
