Just purchased a new cover for my hot tub. The ordering process was quick and easy, and Rose emailed me to ensure everything was correct ( which was a blessing as I had made a mistake). Arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected and fit perfect. So far, very impressed with the service and quality of this cover.
The cover itself is beautiful, and it fits like a glove. The color blends with the black hot tub and grey composite decking perfectly! I received the cover on April 7th, two days ahead of the delivery date.
Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews from people that have had their cover for more than a week. Yes this cover looks nice when it’s brand new. But it’s not going to last. And then they’ll fight you tooth and nail on warranty. Here’s my Amazon review since they wanted to do nothing to help me out. 10/10 do not recommend If you want a quality product with a legitimate warranty buy elsewhere. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Before trusting this company and their terrible product that ripped within weeks - Read the TRUST PILOT 1.7 Star REVIEWS before you waste your money with these guys. When I followed their "warranty" instructions they say whatever they can to NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. in this day and age with so many other companies that are all about customer service DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
It just doesn't get any better. This is the second cover I have bought from this company. The first one lasted over 10 years but alas it was getting old and soggy. Okay maybe I could have taken better care of it, like doing any maintenance at all would have been better but I digress.
