Website has been offline for weeks, unable to make online payments, very inconvenient. Call main # and transfers to a different # whose mailbox is full.
Showed up on Saturday after booking a unit online. I arrived with my uhaul truck at 12:30pm and their hours were listed as closing at 3:00pm on Saturday. Nobody was in the office and everything was locked, so I couldn't get my key to my unit. Had to bail and get a storage unit somewhere else so I could return the uhaul. Showed up again a few days later on Thursday at 3:40. Again, doors locked, nobody in the office. I can't even get a refund over the phone either because nobody answers. Is this place abandoned or what??
Owner showed me to my unit, paperwork was an easy process! This my first storage unit experience and I’m not disappointed! :)
