Ron has secured housing for me and my family twice now, super responsive and a genuine delight to interact with. Ron has made moving in the city seamless !

im a born & raised new yorker. i wanted to move closer to work in downtown brooklyn. i found myspace on facebook and it was an okay experience working with sarah w. she was quite responsive and helpful, but when she paired my roommates and i up, she’d reply less. we asked to speak to the building management multiple times and she outright refused, which was very strange. she gave us the incorrect rent amount for our unit and told us we didn’t have to pay the prorated feb. rent before moving in. we only found all of this out ... read more
Im posting this review in light of my experience with this company. I'm not sure about others' experiences but mine was amazing. First off, Steven Melecio was my agent. He was SUPER responsive from our first email. Ironically enough it was over craigslist that I found the apartment that I wanted after having a hard time on Zillow and Streeteasy for over a month.
