My Spa Sydney we’re amazing in working with me on choice of swim spa and all the other tricky things that need to be done. Sam was at the end of the phone when ever I needed solving issues with being a long distance out of Sydney customer. The team made my experience of setting up, delivery and fixing issues immediately. Having purchased a spa from MySpa for our last house they were a company that we knew and trusted. Just prior to Christmas 2024 we were scheduled to move into our new apartment after a number of years of waiting for it to be completed. Prior to this we attended mySpa Sydney and chose our spa. At this time nothing was a problem and we had fantastic service and advice. We settled an a Sapphire My Team. From the time my wife and I brought the spa to when it was installed, it was the easiest process ever. Thanks Dan. Then the after care with Sam in the show, if it’s in person or over the phone Sam is the greatest. Nothings has ever been a problem for her. I’m so glad we brought our Spa through My Spa Sydney.
Right from the start, buying the spa to when it was installed Dan and the team were awesome. My wife and I have had our spa for 6 years. We have had not one problem with it. The after care with Sam in the shop has been absolutely the best. Her knowledge and expertise and service is always great. If it’s in the shop face to face or over the phone it doesn’t matter Sam always looks after us and nothing is ever a problem. Thanks for everything the team at MySpa
