Absolutely amazing service! We just repurchased filters which Denis kindly dropped to our property free of charge. We also ordered a new spa cover that we got an amazing price for! Thank you to Denis and his team for providing exceptional service. The process from entering the store to look at spas to having it installed was a breeze. Denis went above and beyond from visiting our house for the initial site survey and also after installation to provide us with on site advice regarding maintaining the spa. Denis and the whole team from My Spa Sydney were amazing. Excellent 360 service and advice, super professional including the installation and landscaping crews they work with, esp given our backyard was very tricky to access. Highly recommend.
