My husband and I visit right on closing time. Simon spotted us and opened up the shop again, spending half an hour tall us through the different models. He offered practical advice on products and after care and no hard sales pitch. We walked away happy and clear on our purchase.

My spa journey started at my spa Derby with Simon. From start to finish the service he provided was exceptional. Simon knows his spas inside out. His customer service skills were excellent. Once we purchased our hot tub the experience from my spa has continued right through to installation. Everything provided as been second to none. This company have been truly amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend ! Five star would certainly buy again in the future!
A massive thank you to Simon at My Spa and also the team that worked so hard to deliver and install my tub. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. If you are thinking of owning your own tub then get in touch with My Spa. So glad I went to a professional supplier like them over buy off the Internet. They took all the hard work out of it. Can't rate them enough.
Went earlier this year we have had lazyspas in the past but not a full hot tub. We did the recommended wet test which I think everyone should do if your looking to get one. Simon was a great help knowledgeable and reassuring answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Would definitely recommend if your unsure about taking the plunge Simon can help. Great service from start to finish. Dave did our installation and was great. Thanks so much!
