Great service from Rachel and the team, easy to communicate with and they know their stuff.
Did my clap trial month with North Lakes and dealt with Rachel. She was great through the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble to get things sorted and I was happy to buy my machine there in the end knowing I’d get looked after with ongoing service. Rachel made the whole process comfortable and easy.
Rachael is a lovely person to work with and made the whole experience very easy. She was very kind and considerate of my circumstances and made sure I was informed and comfortable with the process every step of the way. Rachael displays empathy and genuine care with clients face to face and on the phone and I am so grateful that I was able to work with the her from my initial visit through to the purchasing of my machine. She is an asset to your team.
I was encouraged to get a sleep study done because I was constantly tired. Mysleep North lakes were great in organising and explaining the process. Results were mild sleep apnea, so trialed the machine and saw great results. Can't go back to being so tired again. Recommend for anyone wanting a sleep study and help with sleep apnea.
Very pleased with the professional assistance from Jess, at my initial enquiry, and the subsequent appointment with Dean. He knows his stuff! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
