A very positive experience that has helped my sleep and wellbeing.
I was recommended to do a Sleep Study by my dentist and following my gp referral and study I was shocked to discover I was a severe sufferer of sleep apnoea. So I embarked on a trial of CPAP machinery with the MySleep team. It went really well with lots of advice and information over the trial period. Now am using a ResMed CPAP and what a difference to my energy levels. Obviously much better sleep quality. Great work MySleep!
