Scarlett made my new machine upgrade so easy. Talked through the options. Offered great advice but let me make my own decision. Then set it all up for me. All in a short time frame. After sales service follow up today was a nice touch. I've loved MySleep Greenslopes for nearly a decade now and I can't see me ever changing.
