My cat is appears to be getting a UTI. She is not in an emergency situation so I dropped in here on a Sunday. The site specifically says they can do urinalysis and eludes to the fact that they can actually treat a pet. I was turned away and told to go to emergency without even glancing at her! The site is misleading. Please, what exactly do you guys do??
