I was literally a 9 year happy customer, used this website for business products. Was good for years, then out of nowhere they became incredibly unprofessional. What kind of company purposely hangs up phones when a paying customer calls in to resolve a situation that was handled poorly by the company in the first place and is willing to find a solution like an actual professional?
