For travelers - If you are staying in Charlottetown, you can take a bus from the city to the front door of the spa for a 4$ roundtrip! You do need to book online 3h in advance. Rural bus hours end around 4pm but it can save you on a car rental for that day. Walk-ins - We didn't book it ahead due to comments about the strict cancellation policy and our transportation plans were not clear 24h in advance. Perfect day
VERY UPSET! TWO MAJOR ISSUES…. 1) my partner tripped and cut his foot on the large screws by the railing in the hot-tub. Blood everywhere… not a single staff around. I ran through the whole place heading to the front desk. Only one staff at the front and he left his post to come help. Gave him two bandaids and just left. It was my idea for him to sit down after loosing that much blood (a whole towel was covered) and coming out of a hot bath. He was very lightheaded.
