Bought trailer in 2016 had issues with microwave, and didn't help, blaming the manufacturer, call manufacturer and they said was MyRV responsibility, MyRV basically said we are out of business, lie. No service after you leave lot
Purchased trailer in 2014.. bought extended warranty. Took them 2years to come fix awning, motor for awning, and hot water tank. It did all go through warranty. Now have a leak in trailer. We have tried to locate the leak but have has no luck. Called dealership have a phone number but the boucebix always full. Called last week left another message with another person only a week later still have not heard from them called today left message and got a call only to find out they have no service department any more and are clos... read more
I have bought two trailers from MYRV and both times I had issues. I bought my second trailer two years ago and upon delivery at my camping site I noticed a few broken items. I filed for warranty repairs\replacement and to this date and after many e-mail I still did not get the replacement items which were under warranty. I do not recommend this dealership.
