Literally asked what group home we were coming from as soon as we walked in, didn't figure out what was wrong. So hopefully I don't die or anything before i can go to my doctors tomorrow.

My son was treated for an anaphylactic reaction (not a cut—nor a “boo boo”—a true emergency) at Myrtue Emergency Department and received EXCELLENT care from the moment we walked through the doors. They were quick and knowledgeable and I have absolutely nothing but praise for all the staff—both clerical and medical.

DO NOT visit this hospital if you are having an emergency, keep driving. They are not equipped to handle anything more than paper cuts and boo boo’s. It’s nothing more than a death trap. NEVER go to small town hospitals with big city health problems. You’re NOT doing yourself any favors. Atrocious. As for calling you back, I did, a couple of times…with no call back. Myrtue Medical Center's Emergency department has good polite staff. They are helpful and knowledgeable and do a good job. Don't think about getting fast service late in the night. I also prefer some of the doctors over others.
