Parking is a nightmare at the Malta location. It is in a small cramped apartment complex. Then you turn around and look for the blue and white obgyn sign. I stood in line 2 min one receptionist busy the other not at her desk. She finally came and was nice and talked softly. The medical asst was friendly and efficient. Waited 10 min for the NP. I couldn’t get in with my obgyn so I took the NP appt. She obviously didn’t read my chart. Only swabbed me for infection. She was a bit snippy and condescending too. I had to reiterate... read more
Scheduling an appointment with 4 cyst was a nightmare
If I could leave 0 starts I honestly would, I’m in pain from a bleeding medium to large cyst and she goes Tylenol, Motrin come back in 8 weeks and okay your all set… like what kind of solution is that it hurts and I’m so sick of Tylenol which, BTW will cause other organs to BLEED forgot to mention I was in the hospital Thursday from pain but it’s fine I’m ok
I got just an appointment today. I was my first coming to the Malta location. I get very nervous and anxious when it comes to medical stuff. The nurses there were so kind and understanding I thought I was going to pass out they gave me graham crackers and ice packs they were so understanding and kind to me. These experiences help me so much who has anxieties around these kinds of appointments. I can't stress enough if you have any medical anxieties please go here.
