Absolutely wonderful experience, after going to the saratoga office and being disrespected, dismissed, and feeling like a burden to the Doctor there, I came here and saw Dr. Birnbaum. He was AMAZING! The nurses were great, front desk staff was amazing as well! I cannot stress enough how perfect this doctor was. He had such a light attitude, joyful spirit, addressed ALL my questions and concerns, and made me feel so much better! I adored him and will be coming to this office from now on. why does it take over 20 min to get on the phone with anyone at this office. i want to use this doctors office and i can’t because they don’t answer!
Just had a terrible experience at the Malta location. In November I called the Wilton location. I was concerned about my IUD. My husband and I were experiencing pain and I was bleeding. I was transferred to a nurse who called me back after talking to a doctor. I was offered an ultrasound and appointment on December 2nd. The appointment was to review the position of my IUD and then replace as it was near the end of its 5 year span. About 3 weeks after calling but I had no other option than to wait.
