I do not recommend Cadia Myrtle Landing as a nice place to live. My unit was not ready when I moved here in April, and they have SLOWLY been repairing things. The kitchen counter is still broken after 4 months. It takes multiple maintenance requests to get something simple fixed, and maintenance requests often get closed without any repairs being made. I’ve experienced major problems and management has done nothing but apologized and made excuses. I sincerely regret the decision to move here.
Leasing agent was proactive, thoughtful, and personable throughout entire process!
We still love it here! Thank you to Holly, Belina, Jesus & Matthew! Best team perfect community!! We have enjoyed living here and have found the front office and the maintenance men very helpful and friendly. The amenities are lovely and we have the best neighbors ever! Thank you!
Absolutely the best leasing experience I’ve ever experienced!!! Belina is pure sunshine while she finds you exactly what you need and want. I’m so impressed with this company!
I absolutely love living at Cadia Myrtle Landing. The staff is great and they are so helpful. My dog loves stopping by the clubhouse for a treat and some “attention”during our walks. They have awesome events at the clubhouse which has helped me to meet my neighbors. I am new to Wilmignton and I already feel at home here. It is a beautiful community surrounded by trees so you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle eventhough you are very close to it And I love that I am only 10 min from Carolina Beach.
