Since I have been dealing with Myrtle Grove mobile home park I have found the following...... The maintenance don't know what they are doing, the mobile home I live in every time it rains the extension leaks and all they do is wait for it to dry after raining and put a little tar up there, but yet after a dozen times doing the same thing my roof still leaks!!! Very nice area, great for kids, new updates and management and crew , friendly people in the park. It is very nice
Country in the City Living!!! Not your typical mobile home park. Streets are wide and park has very large lots. Carmen-Ainsworth Schools system and possibly the cheapest lot rent in the county.
