Today I went to Winnelson's in search of a kitchen faucet, but unfortunately they didn't have the style I was looking for. However, Dana, the rep that helped me, was so incredibly nice and helpful, despite knowing they didn't carry what I wanted. She spent a good 45 minutes, at least, helping me to find faucets I liked and their specifications, and explained some things I wasn't aware of in the world of faucets and plumbing. You will not get better customer service anywhere, period. Just make sure you see Dana.
Drew has been helping us with our plumbing orders and deliveries since using Winnelson. As a local service provider, just wanted to mention that we have recieved nothing short of phenomenal customer service from you all and will continue trusting Winnelson to help us.

Big shout out to Dana on her assisting us to review and purchase new faucets for our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and did not try to over sell us. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her. We would highly recommend her. In this day and age, the retail world, needs more Dana’s.
