The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable - they take every precaution to ensure the safety of the animals and their guests, and truly allow visitors to experience a once in a lifetime encounter, while providing a sanctuary for the animals. The whole day was amazing, and I'm thrilled to be able to have been a part of it!
Went there on Saturday best time of my life!!! Getting to learn about the animals able to hold, feed and love them. Omg could not have asked for better experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable about every animal they cared for. Staff friendly and willing to answer any question you had.

Many people are unfortunately not aware of the fact that they're conned about the so called conservation and preservation of wild animals here... It's NOT a rescue centre or anything like it! I recommend EVERYTHING about this tour. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to actually TOUCH these amazing creatures. The staff was completely entertaining and extremely approachable. The animals were beautiful and if you didn't appreciate them before you absolutely will when you finish.
