This was a nightmare. Filthy floors. Actually had so much dirt on the laminate floors that our shoes and feet looked like we walked through mud. I found a mop, cleaned twice. I called to complain, a cleaning lady came out and cleaned, still dirty. Front load washing machine was caked with mold inside and around the gasket. Just stayed at the Renaissance Tower. Walking in noticed an odor just dismissed it as an aged building and construction going on. After a few days, the smell in the room was worse. Searched every corner and found mildew on the sofa bed. Called the office and was told someone would come out and take care of it. Had to call back 7 hours later because maintenance had never come. BED BUGS! We had bed bugs that was confirmed by the pest company they sent out. We went almost 24 hours without our stuff, got bitten, spent $60 doing laundry, spent a whole day doing the laundry, and the mental torture of sleeping with bugs! They didn’t give us any money back and I was told by the manager “it just comes with staying in a hotel 🤷♀️” they didn’t care AT ALL!
