I wouldn't let this outfit care for my elderly hamster. The not very bright staff cooperated with my brother, Aric Bollinger, who was desperately trying to restrict visitors to my mom so she wouldn't find out he had gone behind her back and changed her will. I repeatedly provided my number on sticky notes in my mom's room, in the file, etc. but no one even notified me when she was dying. We are very happy with Myrtle Beach Manor (MBM). Our father is much happier there than he had been at a local competitor. He has made more friends and actually gained weight because he loves the good! The caretakers are all so friendly and helpful. They know all about him and his likes and dislikes. He goes out to the back area to watch boats and wildlife on the IntraCoastal Waterway several times a day. The marketing coordinator, Christina, is so sweet and helpful!

We have had nothing but a good experience at MB Manor. The staff, Tiffany, Naomie, Jessica, are the individuals we mostly see. They are the best!! Always ready to help, answer questions, and keep us informed of any issues. The facility is clean, comfortable and staff is friendly.

This place sucks I wouldn't send my dog here. I see others peeing. The handrails are filthy dirty and have never been disinfected. Management sucks there is no one here at night. I push my button and no one responds to me for hours. The food isn't always cooked fully. People are passing away like crazy in this facility. I'm getting out of here before it happens to me.

My father seems pretty comfortable there and I feel like he's getting good care but I find some of the staff odd at times. The front desk staff seem somewhat harried and not very friendly when I'm trying to locate my father as they periodically change his room. When I was trying to see notes in his file for a recent doctor's visit I just got blank looks and staff referring me from one desk to another at opposite ends of the facility, and other excuses such as "well I'm new and I don't know."
