Some context: Despite our explicit check-in instructions, which guest explicitly ignored, on the day of check-in, guest went directly to the Resort (without permission) and was questioning our housekeepers as to when they would be finished with the condo the guest had rented. Do not come here if you want to swim in the pools, they are closed!
We were informed by email from Pat W. about recent developments at our vacation rental property in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our trip was planned for a very special trip for our very special granddaughter, but our plans were changed when we were informed that the pools on the property would not be open due to the pandemic. Mr. Walsh was obviously disappointed but refunded our stay without complaint after I explained our situation. I appreciate very much his consideration under these difficult circumstances.
