Kathleen Goodhart and JP are the best. Our first trip to Myrtle to look at real estate was more productive and fun than I could have imagined!! Kathleen took the time to show us properties in several areas to make sure we learned about all the areas we were interested in. Rose Dougherty was phenomenal!!! We found Jerry Pinkas Real Estate through his YouTube videos and were impressed by his knowledge of the area. Jerry got us in touch with a realtor on his team, and Rose showed us multiple areas and homes over several visits until we found our perfect home at the beach!
