We rented four bikes while on vacation, we had a freak mishap where 3 out of the 4 bikes got flat tires. Eric was great and responded in a timely fashion and made sure we got taken care of. It was smooth and easy. Thank you guys!
Eric provided great service and took his time helping us get familiar with the bikes.
Eric and Kelly were great and so were their eBikes! Eric showed us the basic operation and safety features, and suggested a route to see the areas of our interest. The three bikes we rented were identical and performed perfectly, using very little battery in ~3 hours. We will definitely rent from them again! Thanks, Eric & Kelly! :-)
I (and my 19 and 20 year old kids) had never ridden an electric bike. What a great first experience! Tons of fun! We covered a lot of ground in 3 hours and only burned 3 out of 10 bars of bike battery. The owners were wonderful from start to finish! I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Electric Bikes!
