Brandon did a fabulous job! It was easy to schedule, the cleaning was terrific, and the customer service was perfect! Our 16 year old condo carpet looks like new! I highly recommend this company!
Just had our area rugs and sectional couch cleaned yesterday by Chem Dry in NMB. Brandon came out promptly at the time he was supposed to, which is a rarity in itself. We had another company (SS) do our same area rugs the last time, with mediocre results. He was very upfront with what to expect, and the process involved. Well…Chem dry came to the rescue, our area rugs and sectional couch look virtually new again. We will definitely use them again, they also refurbish umbrella outdoor cushions, cause we all know just how well... read more
Our carpet looks 100% better. Not quite dry yet....can't wait to see how much better it looks completely dry. Dry now...He didn't clean around the edges of carpet...at least 3" still dark after drying. And you can tell where he stopped the power...left an edge like your vacuum does....you can tell where it was cleaned and where it stopped.
