We contracted with MBC in Oct 2024 for a remodel and new cabinets. It is February and the job is not complete and we're stuck in a contract we can't get out of and can't get him to complete the job. It is now the end of March and he has still not talked to us, customer service? Not so much...
Great customer service! It was my first time organizing a remodel. Lee (owner) walked me through the process to ensure I had everything taken care of. Rich the installer was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Lee and Richard are the greatest. They are very professional and help with any questions you have!! Richard is a great installer and goes beyond helping you, I was lucky to get him, does a great job and does a great job of cleaning up after he is done. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are great, they just remodeling my bathroom. It looks great!!
After calling several other cabinet companies with no answer, Lee with Myrtle Beach Cabinets picked right up and was able to help me find a particular set of cabinet doors for a project I was working on. He offered me several options and was very knowledgeable on exactly what I needed. I was able to pick up the doors and installed them the same day. Everything lined up perfectly and was exactly what I needed. Would recommend them to anyone in need of custom cabinets or hardware!
