My experience went like this. There were no fluent English speakers on the job site and during the job one of the workers fell through the skylight into the bathroom causing damage to the wall and door. Guy comes to my house and gives an hour long promo for a caulk job on my roof that he subsequently bid at $750. The company then texted and called numerous times about the caulk job. I felt the price was WAY too high for the job and I said so. I ended up doing the job myself with Flex Seal. Took me about 20 minutes. My experience with My Roof is not yet complete. We hired them last fall to asphalt shingle our main roof and decided to splurge on metal roofing on a small facet on the front of our home. The asphalt portion went pretty smoothly. The metal roofing was installed very poorly by someone inexperienced with metal.
