The check in personnel were not helpful or welcoming. The medical assistant had her AirPods in the whole time and forgot all the answers that I gave to her questions. The NP saw me for about 3 minutes and interrupted me when I was trying to tell her my symptoms. I felt very disrespected and uncared for.
