Fast turn around time & fair price to add someone to a deed. Would have given higher rating but they changed some wording that we liked on the original deed. Legally, it wasnt important but in our hearts & family history... the sentimentality was wasn't the same. I would still use them again but would give myself time to fix wording i wasnt happy with.
