Russ came right over and did an amazing job on my friends windshield. I thought I had a chip but he showed me it was just pine sap and didn’t charge me. So professional and really nice person.
Called Russ about minor chips that turned out to be just pitting that can’t be filled in as Russ explained. He explained without depth and silver and black coloring, the resin won’t hold. Haven’t had someone so honest talk me out of a fee but I really appreciate his honesty and experience. Anyone else would have charged me regardless if the repair wouldn’t hold. Great guy to trust with this service.
Russ is amazing! He has fixed my windshield four times, and every experience has been outstanding. He’s always professional, super nice, and incredibly efficient. I love that he comes straight to my job, gets the work done quickly, and does it right. Highly recommend Russ for any rock chip.
