Myrna Gallegos is a great care provider, she is direct, to the point and very concerned
I've been with this healthcare facility when it was Lovelace, ABQ health partners and now Davita. The receptionists are always very helpful. I've been lucky enough to have the same doctor since I was about 13 or 14. The only problems I've had is that the nurses don't take blood pressure right and I always come out high. This is concerning because patients with high blood pressure that are trying to maintain or correct their problem get false readings. If I could give this place a zero I would. Calling in to make an appointment, I have to wait on hold for 30-45 minutes every time. It takes a month or more to get in to see my doctor so I often have to go to urgent care if I’m sick. Then the staff is rude and the doctors are condescending. If you have options, choose another one!! Beware!
