My ears were still plugged up 3 days after swimming in a pool. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was treated very well by the staff and Doctor. I walked out with my ears unplugged and able to hear normal again. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Dr Grate seemed like a great doctor when I went in for care but I was super slow and needed some extra care due to a very traumatic brain injury at the time. I was unable to get to appointments easily and was forgetful due to constant migraines, vomiting, and falls. Upon explaining this to his staff, instead of helping me, they blocked me from seeing the doctor or communicating with him. They said I was noncompliant. I explained everything and the manager ignored me. I didn’t miss multiple appts
Dr. Grate has provided excellent treatment for my numerous allergies for many years, keeping them under control. He always explains my condition and the treatment needed to my satisfaction. He has a pleasant disposition and is a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about medical matters.
Older doctor with much experience. Found and successfully treated my problem. Lovely sense of humor too. Staff couldn't have been friendlier.
Dr. Grate is just wonderful! I have been going to him for several years and he is so caring and professional. He spends lots of time with you and throughly explores your medical problems giving you time to ask any questions you might have. I would highly recommend him!
Amazing staff and Dr. Grate takes his time with you and really cares about what problems you are having and what he will do to help. No cattle call here like at other ENT offices in this town! If you can see him I highly recommend it!
Had endoscopic sinus surgery with Dr. Grate & he was fantastic. After a 10 year battle with sinus related issues/vertigo/dizziness/sore throat my problems are over. He was my 7th ear nose throat Dr, the only one I trusted enough to perform surgery on me. He spends an extremely long time with you during the exam and is beyond thorough. I waited over a year to be seen with him as a new patient and after seeing 2 other North Fl area ENT drs in between I can tell you it was worth the wait. Best Dr!
