I switched to Dr. Langer at 26 weeks pregnant from a very troubling OB/Gyn office experience. I was nervous to switch doctors, figure out birth plan, and start fresh, but Dr. Langer and the staff were absolutely AMAZING, reassuring, and provided updated resources, including MyChart. Dr. Langer is kind, compassionate, and personable.
Having your first baby from pregnancy to delivery and after can be a roller coaster of anything you can imagine. Here and with Dr Langer I had a great experience and felt comfortable I was being listened, explained and understood .
This review is solely on the receptionist in this office. I call and is rudely told that I have the wrong number and then I ask was Dr Langer ever in this office before? She then asks are you a new patient...and I say no. She asked for my info and then tell me when the next appointment is. Then I say, I thought you told me I have the wrong number ....was there another number I am supposed to call...then she says nothing, just stays in complete silence. I had a delivery long back in 2019 with Dr. Langer, But still I haven’t see a doctor like her…. She is so sweet perfect Ob gyn ..
