I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on. I finally spoke to someone and she was so rude!!! I don’t understand why the front desk staff is always so unpleasant and there is no accountability.
Dr. Lange was wonderful! Pleasant, honest, and informative with excellent bedside manners.
