She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and reviewed multiple options with us so we could make an informed decision. We ended up with better coverage on both our home and auto insurance than we had before. Crystal was very helpful and informative about each coverage and change we were making on our policy. In addition she was so kind and didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions.
