Very good and convenient place to live as a student. It is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance comes and quickly fixes broken stuff which is quite nice. I have not seen any bugs during my stay. Our laundry was in unit which was very convenient. The place has a study lounge on floor 18 which you can socialize in or study with your friends.

It’s okay but probably shouldn’t live here if you like working elevators or having an even slightly clean apartment to move into when your lease starts. Just want to add that you should also expect your room to be 30°+ for over a month each year, especially if it faces the sun in the morning or if someone runs the dryer. Don’t expect the window to do anything, even when it’s 15° outside you won’t get airflow and you’ll be covered in sweat all day and all night. Used to be amazing till they changed management last year. It’s gotten bad to worse. Don’t live here.

AC is currently not working under maintenance but otherwise the residence is fire
