I had a very positive experience living in this building for over 5 years. The maintenance team was responsive and handled requests quickly. The building is well managed and kept clean. The management team communicated clearly and kept residents informed. Noise levels were low and the office staff were always helpful and available. Overall, it is a comfortable and well run place to live.
I have been a resident at 181 Lester for the past 3 years and I have genuinely had a great experience throughout my time here. The unit was overall comfortable, spacious, and well suited for student living, and the amenities upstairs have always been a big bonus. As a student at the University of Waterloo I have always found so convenient and easy to go back and forth from campus to my room. Don’t waste your money living here. I can’t wait to get out. Elevators always broken, ants. Management does nothing when you call or email. DONT COME HERE.
It’s okay but probably shouldn’t live here if you like working elevators or having an even slightly clean apartment to move into when your lease starts
