WE’RE FED UP WITH MANAGEMENT! ITS SO BAD. DONT EXPECT ANYONE TO HELP YOU. MY ROOMMATE GOT LOCKED OUT OF HER ROOM AND NO ONE HELPED. MANAGEMENT DID NOT HELP! ON SITE SECURITY DID NOT HELP! ITS AN ENDLESS LOOPHOLE OF CALLING ONE PERSON AND GETTING TOLD TO CALL THE OTHER PERSON. NO ONE IN THIS BUILDING IS COMPETENT TO PROVIDE ANY MAINTENANCE SERVICE!
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. MyRez is absolutely terrible. They lure students in with flashy promotions and fake deals, but the second you sign a lease, they stop caring about you. They know students are already stressed with school, so they take advantage of that and ignore problems until you complain multiple times to them. They are greedy, and only focused on saving money, even if it means leaving tenants in unsafe and miserable living conditions. It is disgraceful how little they care about the p... read more
Spoke with Krista Cox about getting an apartment and she is very mentally unwell. Hung up the phone on me and was extremely disrespectful. Do not want to think about how they treat tenants if they treat potential customers like this.
