MyRain's customer service is stellar. They were very prompt in responding after we made contact. George came out to look at our property, discuss our needs and quickly provided a quote. He was very patient about answering our questions and provided clear and detailed responses. We couldn't believe how responsive he was to our calls, knowing how busy he was with other big projects (we were a very small project). Very impressed.
Highly recommend MyRain Sprinkler Systems! Dimitri came out and fixed my irrigation/sprinkler system and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issues instead of rushing through it.
