Ruth provided truly professional care and even shared helpful medical advice. Her expertise is remarkable, but what stands out the most is her warmth and kindness. You can really feel she cares — that makes all the difference.
Booked a lesson and hair style for my daughter’s hair bun. She is a competitive dancer. Received a call two days after from the owner stating I could return any time and they would help me practice and learn how to do the dance bun for my daughter. Truly appreciated the class act and understanding by the owner. This is a great business that understands values and the importance of family and parenting.
I did receive my hair color service from here, I feel like they were very busy throughout my whole experience, poor consultation with the hair color, and at the end in the name of treatment to my hair with hair shining( !!!!) they have charged me extra 80 bucks, which is very unprofessional( they did not even have my consent before applying the hair serum and strainghtner service!!!) I know I can be a hair salon novice here, but getting charge double in the name of hair shining treatment didnot seems fair to me. they should ... read more
