Unfortunately ran by novices (and private landlords) who do not even write up contracts when letting a property, then try scam you out of money when ending the tenancy (with no legal basis). They do not follow standard inventory reports, new draft contracts for new tenants etc. Although do provide communication when maintenance issues arise, they often overlook some issues (ie no hot water for up to 3 months, leaks and preventable staining). Worst experience I have ever had with an agency & landlord.
My introduction to this company happened through Airbnb when I was searching for a place to stay whilst I celebrate my birthday weekend away from home. Unfortunately, their inadequate communication severely impacted my birthday trip. I made a reservation for one of their properties, but their communication suddenly ceased, causing me significant concern. I rarely leave reviews but I had the best possible experience while renting with My Property Extra. I found them while looking for a room on SpareRoom and got paired up with tenants who quickly became some of my best friends (and that’s really something considering we lived together during the Great Lockdown of March-July 2020). A delight from start to finish. I was contacted by MyPropertyExtra to rent my property through them. At first I thought I'd give them a chance and now, they're renting 3 of my properties and I have friends who have used them to rent rooms as well. On both sides of the coin they provide great service with amazing knowledge. I'm due to sell one of my properties... I know who I'll be calling to help me do this.
