I bought a house in Cape Coral in March and needed a pool service. My Pool Experts was recommended to me, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. Romel came to meet with me after I moved in and took the time to explain everything about my pool. As a first-time pool owner, I had no idea what went into cleaning and maintaining one. I told my husband this morning how incredibly lucky we are to have found My Pool Experts! In 20 years of pool ownership, Romel is the best pool service that we have ever had! He is so professional, competent, and extremely nice! He has great communication if there's a holiday or anything that interferes with the regular schedule, and always responsive to texts and calls. Do not trust this company! Do not use this company! They dropped and broke our salt cell and we have it on camera, filing a claime with State and BBB! They also by the looks of the cell while we were away apparently haven’t cleaned it for months! Their service is way below standard! They suck you in with a few initial good service then it goes downhill! F rating!
I'm new to the Cape. The pool company who installed the pool was not very helpful so out of desperation I called Romel & he had me up and running on Thanksgiving Day. He could have been with his family but he took time to assist me. I'm really thankful for him. I will be using him for all my pool maintenance. I excited to begin using the automation system. My life with a pool will be so much better now that My Pool Experts are involved. Thanks Romel. ~Queen
