Tracy is real!!! I was doubtful that all the positive reviews could be real, but I met her and she is awesome. The facility is good too, it does the job - but the star of the show is a positive and energetic manager that makes everyone feel welcome.
So far, so good! Moving from another facility I had loads of questions before signing for a nee storage unit. Tracy answered all my questions clearly over the phone and said I could stop by to check out the facility. When I came by a couple days later we were greeted as old friends and Tracy remembered my name and our conversation. She took us on a tour of the location and helped us pick out the right size units. We were helping my out of state brother empty a family container and Tracy made the whole experience so easy. She helped us during the whole process and everything went very smoothly! Thank you Tracy!
Tracy, the manager at the facility has been extremely helpful. The business is very clean with affordable prices. Would highly recommend using the if you need extra space.
